I don’t know why but this year I’ve been especially excited about Christmas. Well, guess what!? It’s November 27, and do you know what that means!? That’s right, folks, it’s time for all things festive & fun! #ihavenochill #apartfromthefrostonmywindow #ohyeathatsright ❄️???

This robotic bear, whom we have dubbed Boku the Bear because of the restaurant called Boku Sushi next to him, would automatically hug people who approached him! How cool!

One of my favourite parts of the holiday season is going to the Toronto Christmas Market in the city’s historic Distillery District. Come rain, come shine, I usually try to visit the market at least once for a good dose of holiday cheer and fun. The market, which I believe was actually inspired by a similar market in Germany, is a great atmosphere for all who are yearning to become jolly, with tons of cute little knick-knacks and awesome homemade products down every aisle, and festive lights, decorations and music around every corner. Oh, and did I mention the food!? We’re talking warm cookies, great poutine and hot cocoa so rich and creamy that it can even convert this non-chocolate lover. The market, which is open Tuesday-Sunday until December 23, is definitely a great way to get in the spirit of the season, just remember to bring some gloves!!
